Once quantum computers become stable, they can break traditional cryptographic algorithms. Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) is designed to resist these future attacks. Before transitioning to PQC, organizations must do a PQC Risk Assessment to identify where and how vulnerable algorithms are used.
PQSee is a free tool that identifies weak cryptography in your network. It enables you conduct a cryptographic asset inventory of network protocols in anticipation of the migration to PQC-compliant tools. We've done cryptographic asset inventories on multiple large scale national networks.
A brief overview about its use for risk assessments is here.
